Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Egypt for a Customer Service Team Lead. In this role, you will oversee and guide the customer service team, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery. Responsibilities include managing customer service operations, supporting team development, resolving customer issues, and maintaining a customer-focused environment. Collaboration with other departments to improve processes and enhance customer experience will also be an essential part of your daily tasks.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction to lead the team effectively and ensure exceptional experiences.
- Strong skills in Customer Service Management, including overseeing operations and handling escalated issues.
- Excellent Communication skills to address customer inquiries and collaborate with team members.
- Proven ability to mentor and lead a team effectively, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude to enhance customer service processes.
- Prior experience in a leadership role within customer service or a related field is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field is preferred.
