Job Description

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various roles.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Draft and post job advertisements on relevant job boards, social media, and company platforms to attract qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams, ensuring a smooth and timely process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system.
  • Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress to HR leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Fluency in English, Microsoft and exporting & Importing 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple open positions and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and best practices in recruitment.
