Job Description

• Coordinate and monitor inbound shipments to ensure timely delivery of automotive parts and vehicles.
• Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to manage delivery schedules and resolve any logistical issues.
• Track and update shipment statuses, maintaining accurate records in the logistics management system.
• Ensure all inbound goods comply with company quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and process shipping and receiving documentation, including bills of lading and customs paperwork.
• Collaborate with warehouse teams to optimize unloading, storage, and inventory processes.
• Identify and escalate delays or discrepancies in inbound shipments to relevant stakeholders.
• Support the implementation of process improvements to enhance inbound logistics efficiency.
• Assist in inventory reconciliation and cycle counts related to inbound goods.
• Maintain strong communication with customer service and sales teams to provide updates on inbound deliveries.

Requirements

• Up to 1 year of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related discipline preferred.
• Familiarity with logistics operations, documentation, and inventory management.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics management software.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle unexpected challenges.
• Willingness to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
