Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Optimization Specialist to oversee daily system performance, booking accuracy, and data optimization across our platforms. The role focuses on monitoring availability, identifying errors, improving conversion rates, and ensuring smooth coordination between suppliers, clients, and internal teams to maximize operational efficiency and business performance.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily system and platform health checks to ensure smooth operations.

• Review and investigate internal system errors and error streams, identifying root causes and coordinating resolutions.

 • Monitor availability, cancellations, and booking performance to ensure data accuracy and reliability.

 • Manage booking processes and ensure all reservations are processed correctly and efficiently.

  • Analyze data consumption and conversion rates to identify optimization opportunities and performance improvements.

 • Review and resolve mapping and system-related issues impacting platform results.

  • Track and update Juniper tickets, ensuring timely follow-ups and issue closure.

  • Oversee supplier and client pipeline processes, ensuring smooth flow and clear communication.

  • Coordinate and attend scheduled supplier and client meetings as needed.

  • Collaborate closely with finance and contracting teams to support pricing, agreements, and operational alignment.

  • Conduct afternoon performance reviews and follow up on pending pipeline-related tasks.

   • Perform end-of-day wrap-ups, ensuring all critical actions are completed and documented.

   • Monitor price change KPIs and evaluate their impact on performance.

   • Review hotel results for both suppliers and clients to ensure optimal visibility and accuracy.

•  Possessing experience in managing API suppliers and customers, as well as supporting them throughout the onboarding process. And under the skills part add Strong Excel skills.

Requirements:

               •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

               •High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

               •Experience with booking systems, data analysis, or optimization roles is a plus.

               •Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.

               •Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
