Job Description

• Prepare and package customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor daily stock levels and record all stock movements.
• Update inventory systems and spreadsheets regularly.
• Coordinate with suppliers to order and receive materials or products.
• Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the storage/warehouse area.
• Support the operations team in ensuring smooth order fulfillment.
• Report low stock or discrepancies to the manager immediately.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing customer orders, managing stock levels, updating inventory records, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely restocking.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of proven experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
• Familiarity with inventory management software and ERP systems.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving inventory items as needed.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Understanding of inventory control best practices and procedures.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
