Job Description
- Prepare and package customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor daily stock levels and record all stock movements.
- Update inventory systems and spreadsheets regularly.
- Coordinate with suppliers to order and receive materials or products.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the storage/warehouse area.
- Support the operations team in ensuring smooth order fulfillment.
- Report low stock or discrepancies to the manager immediately.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing customer orders, managing stock levels, updating inventory records, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely restocking.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of proven experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with inventory management software and ERP systems.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving inventory items as needed.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Understanding of inventory control best practices and procedures.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and integrity.
