Job Description

  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and cancellations using the center’s booking system.
  • Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate staff members.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area at all times.
  • Assist clients with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy in documentation and payments.
  • Provide information about services, treatments, and promotions to clients and prospective customers.
  • Coordinate with medical and administrative staff to ensure seamless client flow and communication.
  • Handle client records and sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
  • Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory tracking as needed.
  • Address and resolve client concerns or escalate issues to management promptly.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role, preferably in a medical or aesthetics environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for a high-end medical aesthetics center.
  • Proficiency in using office software and appointment scheduling systems.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling client information.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Positive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding client service.
  • Flexibility to work full-time, onsite, and adapt to varying schedules as needed.
