Job Description
- Identify, target, and develop relationships with potential corporate clients in the construction sector.
- Manage the complete B2B sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing deals.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client communications using CRM tools.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to management.
- Continuously seek feedback from clients to improve service offerings and strengthen partnerships.
Requirements
- 4-8 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the construction or related industries.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong understanding of the construction sector and corporate procurement processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work effectively in an office-based environment.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
