Job Description

• Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive health and safety policies and procedures in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Conduct regular risk assessments, safety inspections, and audits to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
• Lead incident investigations, analyze root causes, and implement preventive measures to minimize workplace accidents and injuries.
• Coordinate and deliver health and safety training programs for employees at all levels, ensuring awareness and compliance.
• Maintain accurate records of safety incidents, inspections, and compliance documentation for internal and external audits.
• Collaborate with management and operational teams to integrate safety practices into daily workflows and project planning.
• Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in occupational health and safety.
• Promote a culture of safety through regular communication, awareness campaigns, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Support emergency preparedness planning, including drills, evacuation procedures, and first aid readiness.
• Liaise with regulatory agencies, contractors, and external partners to ensure ongoing compliance and address safety concerns.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree is a must
• Professional & endorsed certificates in health & safety management is a must
• Excellent command in English is highly recommended
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in health and safety management within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
