Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Qesm El Maadi. As an English Training Specialist, you will facilitate and design effective training sessions to enhance the English communication and customer service skills of team members. Key responsibilities include creating instructional materials, delivering training programs, assessing training effectiveness, and supporting the development of team communication skills to ensure high-quality customer interactions. You will work in a collaborative team environment focused on optimizing training outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills.
  • Expertise in Training & Development and delivering effective Training sessions.
  • Proficiency in Instructional Design and designing tailored learning programs.
  • Ability to assess learner needs and adapt instructional methods accordingly.
  • Proven organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple training programs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, English Language, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience working in customer service or language training roles is a plus.
