Job Description

• Assist the Operations Supervisor in planning, developing, and coordinating various schedules (Curriculum, Study, Quizzes schedules) on the company website
• Act as a strong link between teachers and other departments in the company by maintaining active communication with teachers to set clear curriculum plans, shooting schedules, data recipient, get teachers’ feedback and confirmations on videos before uploading.
• Prepare shooting locations in accordance with the company policies and procedures while assisting teachers during the process.
• Responsible for sorting and organizing raw data in the proper way and maintaining data on storage devices such as hardware, flash drives or other external devices.
• Cooperate with other departments like video editors, Marketing, Customer services and data entry to maintain a smooth workflow.
• Responsible for uploading all the material (videos and schedules) on the company website in compliance with deadlines and preset website time table
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports as assigned

• Good at using google products (sheets, calendar, docx, .. etc.)
• Multi-tasking.
