Job Description
1. Process customer claims efficiently and accurately.
2. Verify claim validity and ensure documentation is complete.
3. Coordinate with relevant departments for claim resolution.
4. Maintain detailed records of claims and outcomes.
5. Provide regular reports to management on claim trends
6. Handle customer complaints and escalations professionally and promptly.
7. Investigate complaint root causes and provide effective solutions
Requirements
1. Experience in customer service or, claim complaint handling (1-2 years).
2. Attention to detail and accuracy.
3. Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
4. Proficiency in relevant software or ticketing systems
5. Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
