Job Description

Provide day-to-day IT support for users (hardware, software, and network).

Manage and troubleshoot Windows systems, printers, LAN/WAN, and email issues.

Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software across the company.

Monitor network security and antivirus systems.

Perform regular backups and disaster recovery processes.

Manage inventory of IT assets and ensure all systems are compliant with internal IT policies.

Coordinate with service providers and vendors for external IT support and maintenance.

Support digital transformation initiatives and ERP integrations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

2–4 years of experience in IT support or system administration.

Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office Suite, networking basics, and troubleshooting.

Familiarity with Odoo ERP systems is a plus.

Good command of English & Arabic (spoken and written).

High attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently.
