• Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable safes and bill counters.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits, providing hands-on guidance to ensure customer confidence in their purchase.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all product lines, including technical specifications and industry trends.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide after-sales support to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and manage related documentation.
• Organize and replenish product displays to ensure a visually appealing and well-stocked sales floor.
• Collaborate with team members to execute promotional campaigns and in-store events.
• Collect and relay customer feedback to management for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in security products or financial equipment.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to quickly learn and explain technical product details to customers.
