Job Description
- Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable safes and bill counters.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits, providing hands-on guidance to ensure customer confidence in their purchase.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all product lines, including technical specifications and industry trends.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide after-sales support to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and manage related documentation.
- Organize and replenish product displays to ensure a visually appealing and well-stocked sales floor.
- Collaborate with team members to execute promotional campaigns and in-store events.
- Collect and relay customer feedback to management for continuous improvement.
- Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and ethical sales practices at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in security products or financial equipment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to quickly learn and explain technical product details to customers.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude towards achieving goals.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset.
- Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for a retail environment.
