Contract Fulfillment Coordinator / Planning & Sales Coordinator:
The role will be responsible for:
1. Tracking customer contracts and fulfillment status.
2. Following up with Sales on delayed or inactive contracts.
3. Managing contract timelines and renewals
4. Monitoring monthly loading targets.
5. Preparing performance dashboards and flagging risks early when shipments or contracts are slipping.
It requires someone who understands:
• Contract timelines and renewals
• Customer order fulfillment
• Coordination with Sales and Planning
• Monitoring shipment/loading targets
• Proactively flagging risks when execution is slipping
Job Requirements:
– Minimum 2 years of Experience in a similar Role in a leading exporting company (preferred in the FMCG or F & B industry).
– Bachelor’s Degree in any suitable discipline
– Excellent Communication Skills.
– Excellent Computer Skills (Google Sheets / Excel / ERP systems).
– Excellent analytical skills.
– Good English (B2 or Higher).
– Alexandria residents only.
