Job Description

We’re looking for a Workforce Planning and Organisational Development Lead to drive the design, planning, and optimisation of our workforce in line with business strategy. This role will partner closely with senior leaders to ensure the organisation is structured, resourced, and capable to deliver current and future objectives.You’ll lead workforce planning cycles, organisational design, role architecture, and capacity planning, while supporting change initiatives and operating model evolution. The role requires strong analytical capability, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate strategy into practical, implementable people solutions.Key requirements:Bachelors Degree and additional HR qualifications (e.g. CIPD/SHRM preferred. Proven experience in workforce planning, organisational development, or organisational design in matrix organisationsStrong analytical and data interpretation skillsExperience partnering with senior leaders on structure and capability decisionsPractical, delivery-focused approach with strong influencing skills
