Simplify logistics: Multiple carriers, one platform, one agreement. Currently operating in Egypt, KSA & Oman.

Backed by many leading VC companies and angel investors in MENA, we’re looking for the best talent out there to help us build and scale our product offering.

What You’ll Do

• Setting teams KPIs & coaching team members
• To delegate tasks to telesales agents. A team of up to 5 agents
• Set daily, weekly, or monthly sales goals.
• Motivate employees to reach individual sales goals and encourage the staff to work better rather than harder.
• To train and coach the sales team. Train the team for better quality performance ‘Soft skills”.
• Assists management with hiring processes.
• To orient the new sales staff and focus on improving the existing staff’s job performance and sales.
• Weekly Reporting on team performance, responsible for preparing and delivering sales reports to management.

Requirements

What You’ll Need

• Having previous sales experience of a minimum of 6 years and as a telesales team leader for a minimum of 3 years is a must
• Result Oriented / numbers Oriented
• Coaching skills
• Solid analytical skills.
• Telesales soft skills
• Drive team performance to reach KPIs and Targets
• Excellent English
• Very good communication and sales skills
• B2B experience is a plus.
• GCC experience is a plus
• Very good following-up skills.
