• Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and in-person meetings to generate leads and close sales.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
• Provide timely follow-up and support to clients throughout the sales process.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively address client inquiries.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies.
• Represent Convrld professionally at all times, upholding company values and standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or a related field.
• Finished military service (Male ) .
• Graduates only .
• Personal laptop is required .
• V .Good English .
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
