🔑 Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

• Conduct deep market research to uncover high-potential partners and geographies for franchise expansion
• Identify, approach, and build strong relationships with prospective franchisees.
• Lead negotiations and facilitate the signing of franchise agreements, aligning with brand and commercial guidelines.
• Contribute to a culture of learning, growth, and continuous improvement in the team.

Qualifications & Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
2. 2 to 5 years of experience in Sales, business development, franchise growth, partnerships, or a similar field.
3. Strong English skills required.
