Job Description

Planning & Strategy:

Develop an annual content calendar covering digital and offline platforms.

Create tailored content plans for Mersal projects, donor-focused initiatives, and revenue-generating services.

Coordinate with Finance, PR, and project teams to align content with campaigns and priorities.

Content Creation & Execution:

Write high-quality content for fundraising campaigns, awareness initiatives, and branded materials.

Create engaging copy for social media, advertising, donor communication, and storytelling.

Produce targeted content for paid and organic social media campaigns.

Lead content creation for seasonal, monthly, and awareness campaigns.

Ensure content quality, consistency, and proper publication across all channels.

Monitoring & Reporting:

Prepare periodic content performance reports.

Track engagement and effectiveness of campaigns and partnerships.

Analyze social media performance and optimize content accordingly.

Measure reach and impact of awareness campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills:

Requirements

3–5 years of relevant experience as a Content Creator or in a similar role.

Good command of English.

Good knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Meta Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).

Strong writing and editing skills with attention to tone and storytelling.

Good organizational and time management skills.
