Job Description
- Engage with prospective customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
- Present and demonstrate vehicles to clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to final purchase.
- Negotiate pricing, financing, and trade-in options to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current inventory, market trends, and competitor offerings.
- Follow up with leads and existing customers to nurture relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Prepare and process sales documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about new models, technologies, and sales techniques.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service before, during, and after the sale.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of proven experience in automotive sales or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Familiarity with automotive products, features, and financing options.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and digital sales tools.
