Key Accountabilities :-

• Participate in the conceptual and detailed design development of multiple architectural projects.
• Prepare and review architectural drawings, presentations, and 3D visualizations.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and landscape teams to ensure design integration.
• Support the preparation of tender and construction documents ensuring technical accuracy.
• Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation and identify potential issues.
• Liaise with clients and consultants to ensure design intent and quality are maintained.
• Provide technical input and assist in solving design coordination challenges.
• Support value engineering exercises and review materials for compliance and cost efficiency.
• Participate in internal design reviews and ensure adherence to company design guidelines.
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation throughout the design process.
• Managing time across multiple projects.
• Translating creative concepts into technically sound, buildable designs.
• Maintaining design consistency under evolving project requirements.

Qualifications:-

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture AUC or GUC.
• 3 years of professional experience in architectural design and project coordination.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, 3Ds Max, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Solid understanding of construction detailing, materials, and codes.
• Experience coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
