About the Role

We’re looking for an Account Manager who knows how to balance people, strategy, and execution. You’ll be the main point of contact between our clients and internal teams—owning relationships, managing expectations, and ensuring high-quality delivery across campaigns and projects.

This role is perfect for someone who understands how agencies work, thinks commercially, and can turn briefs into results.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for assigned client accounts
• Lead client communication, meetings, and presentations
• Translate client objectives into clear briefs for creative, content, and media teams
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and budgets across multiple projects
• Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on brief, and on brand
• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts
• Handle feedback, revisions, and approvals efficiently
• Collaborate closely with the creative and media teams to ensure all tasks are inline with the needed
• Prepare reports and performance summaries for clients
• Build digital strategies where needed for the business

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as an Account Manager or similar role in a marketing/creative agency
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and campaign workflows
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
• Client-facing confidence with a solutions-oriented mindset
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Fluent in English is a must
• Agency experience is a must

Nice to Have

• Experience working with regional or international brands
• Knowledge of performance marketing, social media, or content production
• Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Notion, etc.)
