Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Payroll & Personnel Specialist located in Qesm El Obour. The Payroll & Personnel Specialist will be responsible for managing and processing payroll, handling payroll taxes, managing garnishments, and ensuring compliance with all company policies and legal regulations. Other responsibilities include maintaining accurate employee records, addressing employee inquiries related to payroll, and collaborating with finance and HR departments to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Payroll Administration, Payroll Processing, and Payroll Services
- Experience handling Payroll Taxes and Garnishments processes
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with relevant payroll software and tools.
- resposible for medical & social process and procedures.
- keep database always up to date in soft anfd hard documrnts.
- Knowledge of labor laws and compliance regulations is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, law, Human Resources, or a relevant field
