Job Description
- Oversee and manage all technical office activities related to engineering and construction projects.
- Coordinate between design, engineering, and site execution teams to ensure project requirements are met.
- Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documentation.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of technical deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
- Provide technical support and solutions to resolve site issues and challenges.
- Liaise with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to facilitate project progress.
- Maintain accurate records of project documentation and correspondence.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor work progress and quality.
- Prepare progress reports and present updates to senior management.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a technical office or engineering role within the construction or real estate sector.
- Strong understanding of engineering drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
- Proven ability to coordinate between multiple stakeholders and teams.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work full-time and on-site in Cairo.
- Demonstrated leadership potential at a senior career level.
- Proficiency in relevant engineering and project management software.
- Commitment to upholding safety and quality standards.
