وصف الوظيفة والمتطلبات:
- CFO –
- Role purpose
- Lead the full finance function for a Perfume industry ensuring profitability, solvency, and compliance with UAE insurance and regulatory requirements.
- Key responsibilities
- Own financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation to support growth and risk management.
- Oversee financial reporting, IFRS compliance, and coordination with external auditors and regulators.
- Lead treasury, liquidity management, investment oversight, and reinsurance financials.
- Implement robust financial controls, cost optimisation initiatives, and performance dashboards for the CEO/Board.
- Manage and develop the finance team (FP&A, reporting, payables/receivables).
- Requirements
- Qualified accountant (ACCA / CPA / CA or equivalent), ideally with insurance/financial services background in the GCC.
- 15+ years’ experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of insurance accounting, solvency requirements, and regulatory reporting.
- Proven track record in strategic finance, stakeholder management, and board-level communication.
- KPIs Accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting; solvency and liquidity ratios; budget vs actual variance; cost‑to‑income ratio; successful audits.
