Job Description
- Actively prospect and generate new leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling to expand the client base.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits for potential buyers, highlighting unique selling points and investment benefits.
- Understand client needs and preferences to recommend suitable properties from a diverse portfolio of developments.
- Negotiate sales agreements, terms, and conditions to secure favorable deals for both clients and the company.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market, including current listings, pricing trends, and competitor activities.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and after-sales service.
- Collaborate with internal teams and developers to access exclusive offers and ensure seamless transaction processes.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to individual client requirements.
- Ensure all documentation and compliance requirements are met throughout the sales process.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.
Requirements
- Minimum of 0-2 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service orientation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, as required.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
