Task 1 Supervision over ongoing technological processes and production indicators.
[P – Full Responsibility]
- Ongoing monitoring of workpiece dimensions and process corrections in the event of exceedances within warning limits or exceeding set tolerances,
- Ongoing monitoring and analysis of process parameters of machines used in production,
- Implementation of permanent technological and process changes in order to maintain the expected efficiency and quality of manufactured products,
- Optimization of current technological processes – increase in line efficiency, including optimization of mold/coil changeover times,
- Optimization of bending molds / machine tools – implementation of improvements, modifications, ad hoc repairs,
- Training of employees, preparation of training materials – close cooperation with the Internal Trainer,
- Active participation in the implementation of savings projects resulting from the assumptions implemented by the Company
- Initiating optimization and savings projects
[W – Supporting]
- Support in the event of a lack of production resources in serial changeovers of molds / rings / machines and commissioning of production processes in accordance with the production plan
- Support and analysis in the event of equipment and machine failures – ongoing cooperation with the Maintenance Department and technical employees of the production department,
- Support in the preparation of technological documentation necessary to conduct production processes,
- Supervising the application of formally approved process instructions
Task 2 Ongoing supervision of quality and production indicators and performance of appropriate corrective actions.
[P – Full Responsibility]
- Ongoing monitoring of quality indicators, trend analysis and correction of process parameters / changes in molds in order to carry out production in accordance with the assumed Cp/Cpk,
- Ongoing monitoring of production indicators, including: shift/daily process efficiency, production waste,
- Analysis of blocked parts and implementation of preventive measures to eliminate the production problem,
[W – Supporting]
- Support in the case of handling external complaints and quality reports and support in eliminating the root causes of problems contributing to complaints
- Support in the organization of work in the event of necessary repairs of details, analysis of repairs performed and correction of employees’ work,
Task 3 Active participation in the implementation of new products and technological lines,
[P – Full Responsibility]
- Participation and implementation of tests of new products of metal components,
- Participation and implementation of tests for new coatings used in the Production Department,
- Active participation in the launch of new technological lines
- Training of employees assigned to new products/technological lines
- Standardization of work in the implementation of new products and technological lines
[W – Supporting]
- Support of the Tool Shop Department in order to replace parts or implement technological changes in bending tools
- Support in creating new technical documentation, job manual, packing sheets, defect catalogue, other technological documents,
Task 4 Other task not specified above.
[P – Full Responsibility]
- Fulfilment of technical orders for production
- Carrying out other instructions from a supervisor
- Implementation of savings projects in accordance with the company’s objectives
Task 5 General tasks
[P – Full Responsibility]
- Compliance with and application of the Company’s regulations and procedures, including in particular the procedures of the Integrated Management System
- Performing work reliably and efficiently in accordance with the scope of specific tasks and following the instructions of superiors that relate to work, as long as they are not contrary to the law or the employment contract
- Compliance with the working hours established in the Company
- Compliance with health and safety regulations and fire safety rules
- Compliance with the provisions on justifying absence from work and granting time off from work set out in the Labour Code and in the implementing regulations
