Job Description
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve company targets and expand market presence.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets, including lead generation and prospecting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and product launches.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, preparing regular reports for management review.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure profitable deals.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
- Stay updated on industry developments, product innovations, and regulatory requirements relevant to insulated doors.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably within the construction or industrial sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, events, and site visits as required.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
