Job Description

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve company targets and expand market presence.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets, including lead generation and prospecting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and product launches.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, preparing regular reports for management review.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure profitable deals.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, product innovations, and regulatory requirements relevant to insulated doors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably within the construction or industrial sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, events, and site visits as required.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
