Job Purpose

Lead and manage the Sales & Marketing Department, drive revenue growth, develop commercial strategies, and expand BioSelva’s market presence.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies
• Manage and grow the sales pipeline (B2B & key accounts)
• Lead, train, and evaluate sales & marketing teams
• Open new markets and strategic partnerships
• Oversee pricing, contracts, and deal closures
• Analyze performance and report to management

Requirements
• 5+ years experience in sales or commercial management
• Strong leadership and negotiation skills
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets
• Experience in B2B sales (AgriTech or production is a plus)
• Good command of CRM and reporting tools
