وصف الوظيفة والمتطلبات:
Responsibilities:
- At all times strive to represent Rosewood Jeddah in most professional, courteous and efficient manner.
- Conduct site visits as required.
- Review direct competition and ensure complete awareness by all sales team of competitor’s activities at all times.
- Ability to lead and develop a sales team to deliver the Hotel’s KPI (Key Performance Indicators – e.g. GOP, Total Revenue, ARR, Occ etc.)
- To develop a marketing strategy using the characteristics, advantages and benefits of the hotel and local area.
- To manage the customer service aspect of the Sales and Marketing team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- To develop and supervise the sales team; recognizing training opportunities, organizing day to day operation of the office and maintaining successful communications within the team.
- To meet financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
