We’re Hiring! Sales & Global Marketing Specialist at LBH Egypt

LBH Egypt is a reputable shipping agency providing integrated maritime services to international clients. We are seeking a qualified Sales & Global Marketing Specialist to support business development activities and strengthen our global market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute sales and global marketing initiatives in line with LBH Group’s commercial strategy.
• Develop and maintain business relationships with international shipping lines, agents, and maritime partners.
• Identify new market opportunities and actively contribute to business expansion efforts.
• Manage client communications, negotiations, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, and Management to ensure alignment between commercial commitments and service delivery.
• Prepare structured sales reports, market insights, and performance analyses for the Head Office.
• Support corporate branding and marketing activities targeting global markets.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years in sales and/or marketing (experience in shipping, logistics, or maritime services is highly preferred).
• Excellent command of written and spoken English; proficiency in MS Office (CRM knowledge is an advantage).
• Strong commercial awareness with proven negotiation skills and the ability to work with international stakeholders.
• This role requires frequent regional and international travel. Candidates must have full flexibility and valid travel documentation.
