Job Description

- Document all customer interactions and transactions in the system promptly and accurately.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate departments as needed.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly performance targets, including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and improve service delivery.
- Adhere to company protocols, confidentiality standards, and data protection regulations.
- Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to enhance skills and performance.
