Job Description
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles across the organization, from job posting to onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and department heads.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with accurate candidate information.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates through networking and proactive sourcing.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate terms, and facilitate the onboarding process.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to HR leadership.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and HR software.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an office environment.
- Attention to detail and a high level of professionalism.
- Knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and employment regulations is a plus.
