Role Overview:

As Recruitment Specialist, you will lead full-cycle recruitment efforts across diverse industries and roles. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to clients, crafting sourcing strategies, evaluating talent, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Your role blends analytical rigor with relationship-building, positioning you as a key driver of client success and agency growth.

 Talent Acquisition & Sourcing

 Candidate Evaluation & Selection

 Process Optimization & Branding

 Reporting & Analytics

 Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in any related field

HR certificate/diploma is essential

3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in agency settings

Proven success in sourcing and placing candidates across functions

Strong command of ATS tools, CRM platforms, and Excel automation

Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Experience with international hiring is an asset

Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills
