Job Description

• Identify, research, and approach potential CSR partners (corporates, banks, and foundations).
• Actively participate in securing CSR funding by initiating outreach, attending meetings, and following up with prospects.
• Support the preparation of CSR proposals, pitch decks, concept notes, and presentations.
• Manage assigned fundraising leads and work toward individual fundraising targets.
• Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and ongoing communication with corporate partners.
• Support the CSR Manager in tracking fundraising pipelines, partnerships, and progress against targets.
• Assist with partner reporting, documentation, and impact data collection.
• Coordinate internally with program, communications, and finance teams to gather required information.
• Help organize CSR events, partner visits, and activations.
• Maintain accurate records of partnerships, agreements, and donor communications.

Benefits:

• We offer festive bonuses up to 1/2 a month of the salary and up to 2 months of the salary at the end of the year based on performance.
• We also offer commission based on achieved fundraising targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Development Studies, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in CSR, fundraising, partnerships, sales, or business development (NGO or private sector).
• Demonstrated interest in fundraising and willingness to work toward financial targets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good research, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
