Job Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fresh Sales Agent, based in Cairo.
• The Sales Agent will be responsible for engaging potential clients, presenting detailed information on property options, and providing exceptional customer service to address client needs.
• Day-to-day duties include building and maintaining client relationships, following up on leads, conducting property viewings, and negotiating deals to ensure a seamless transaction process.

Requirements

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients.
• Sales and Sales Management abilities to drive transactions and meet targets.
• Experience with Training and capacity to quickly learn new market insights and company processes.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset to excel in a competitive environment.
• Previous experience in real estate or related fields is a plus.
• Proficiency in English and local languages is highly desirable.
