Job Description
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to faculty, staff, and management.
- Manage daily office operations, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining records.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal and external communications.
- Maintain and update filing systems, databases, and office supplies inventory.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Support the administrative team in implementing school policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
