The role involves building and managing strong business relationships, generating mortgage leads, and guiding customers through the mortgage application process. Responsibilities include assessing client financial profiles, explaining lending options, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams to achieve sales targets and provide expert guidance on mortgage-related financial services.QualificationsExpertise in Mortgage Industry and Mortgage Lending practicesStrong skills in Business Relationship Management and building professional networksExceptional Customer Service capabilities to deliver a superior client experienceKnowledge of Finance and financial decision-making processesProven ability to meet and exceed sales targetsStrong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsExperience in the real estate or financial services industry is a plusBachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
