وصف الوظيفة والمتطلبات:
Job Description
- Preparing cost estimates and pricing for residential alteration works.
- Requesting, receiving, and comparing quotations from contractors and suppliers.
- Assisting in contractor negotiations and scope finalization.
- Preparing BOQs, quotations, and technical specifications.
- Reviewing drawings and extracting quantities.
- Supporting the Alterations Department Manager in commercial and technical tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- 3–5 years’ experience in technical office or costing (fit-out & alterations).
- Strong experience in residential finishes and MEP works.
- Good command of AutoCAD and Excel.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in residential compounds or developers.
- Good knowledge of local market prices.
- Candidates residing in or near the project location.(preferred)
