Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Resale and Rental Consultant located in New Cairo. The responsibilities include consulting with clients to identify their real estate needs, providing expert advice on resale and rental opportunities, building strong client relationships, and negotiating agreements that align with client goals. The role also involves staying updated on market trends and ensuring excellent customer service to meet client expectations.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact and build relationships with clients.
• Proficiency in Sales and Negotiation to secure beneficial agreements for clients and meet targets.
• Knowledge and experience in the Real Estate industry to provide informed and reliable advice to clients.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and meet deadlines with professionalism.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Prior experience in real estate consultancy is a must
