We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with strong hands-on experience in performance marketing and paid advertising across Google, Meta, TikTok, and X (Twitter). The ideal candidate should have proven PPC experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage and scale campaigns effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max)
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- TikTok Ads
- X (Twitter) Ads
- Manage Google Merchant Center including product feeds, approvals, disapprovals, and optimizations
- Monitor campaign performance, ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion metrics
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, A/B testing, and bid optimizations
- Develop and scale performance marketing strategies focused on growth and profitability
- Prepare regular performance reports with clear insights and action points
- Coordinate with design and content teams for ad creatives and copies
- Stay updated with platform changes, policies, and best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in PPC and performance marketing
- Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads (mandatory)
- Experience running TikTok Ads and X Ads
- Solid working knowledge of Google Merchant Center and product feed management
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and optimization skills
- Ability to manage budgets and deliver measurable results
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with e-commerce and lead generation campaigns
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion APIs
- Experience scaling campaigns with high ROAS
