Job Description

• Receive materials, spare parts, cement additives, fuels, oils, and tools and verify quantities and specifications.
• Arrange and store items properly according to safety and storage standards.
• Issue materials based on approved requests and delivery notes.
• Maintain accurate stock records (manual or system-based).
• Monitor stock levels and report minimum/critical quantities.
• Coordinate with procurement and maintenance teams regarding material needs.
• Conduct periodic physical inventory and reconcile with records.
• Ensure cleanliness, order, and safety inside the warehouse area.
• Prevent loss, damage, or misuse of materials.
• Prepare daily and monthly stock reports.
• Comply with HSE rules and batch plant regulations.

Requirements

• bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Experience in warehouses, preferably in concrete batch plants or construction sites.
• Good knowledge of construction materials and spare parts.
• Excellent computer skills (Excel / inventory systems).
• Ability to work under pressure and in site conditions.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
