Job Description
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, including receiving, storing, and issuing supplies and equipment.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement to replenish inventory as needed.
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and organization of all items within the store.
- Prepare and process documentation for incoming and outgoing inventory.
- Assist in conducting regular stock audits and inventory reconciliations.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill supply requests and manage deliveries.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the storage area.
- Prepare periodic inventory and administrative reports for management review.
- Support the team with additional clerical duties as required.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in storekeeping, inventory management, or administrative support.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive attitude.
- Willingness to work on-site in a fast-paced environment.
