Job Description
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Manage administrative staff and delegate tasks to support smooth workflow.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and team members.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Develop, implement, and refine office policies and procedures.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management to ensure optimal office functionality.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required by management.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Support HR functions such as onboarding, attendance tracking, and employee records management.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations within the office environment.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in office management or a related administrative role.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.
- Proficiency in office software such as MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience in handling confidential and sensitive information.
- Ability to develop and implement effective office procedures.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
