Job Description
- Oversee all administrative aspects and general administrative coordination.
Monitor administrative operations and ensure compliance with approved internal policies and procedures. - Ensure administrative discipline, including attendance, departure, and employee commitment across headquarters and multiple sites.
- Supervise company services such as support services, cleaning, and equipment maintenance.
- Establish controls and standards for support and maintenance activities.
- Handle governmental procedures with municipalities and official authorities.
- Manage company licenses, renewals, and related documentation.
- Coordinate with outsourced service providers in different fields.
- Represent the company in internal meetings with departments and external meetings with partners and suppliers.
- Monitor staff at various locations to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Supervise and control all daily administrative operations to ensure discipline, order, and smooth workflow.
- Lead administrative staff, manage schedules, evaluate performance, and assign responsibilities
- Handle problem-solving for operational issues and maintain a high level of organization
- Manage budgets, expenses, procurement, and administrative documentation.
- Support senior management with reports, planning, and operational execution.
Requirements

- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective administrative processes.

- Develop and follow up on internal regulations and ensure proper implementation.
- Set organizational goals and monitor execution of administrative plans according to approved procedures.
- Enhance coordination and integration among departments.
- Represent the company before external authorities as required.
- Qualifications
- 10 to 20 years of experience in various administrative roles.
Minimum 10 years as an Administrative Manager or Administration Director
University degree required.
Preferred fields: Law – Commerce – Economics – Political Science. - Master of Business Administration (MBA).
