Job Description:

We are looking for a Community Moderator – Social Platforms to manage and monitor interactions across social media platforms, ensuring a positive, respectful, and engaging online community.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and moderate comments, messages, and user interactions on social media platforms
• Remove or report inappropriate, spam, or abusive content
• Respond to basic user inquiries and comments when required
• Enforce community guidelines and brand policies
• Escalate sensitive issues to the relevant team
• Prepare moderation and engagement reports

Requirements:

• Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Strong communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to handle negative or sensitive interactions professionally
