Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Heliopolis for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The role involves managing the entire recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding new hires. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for identifying talent sourcing channels, conducting interviews, developing employer branding initiatives, and collaborating with hiring managers to streamline the recruitment process. Additionally, this role will involve maintaining recruitment metrics and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting processes, including sourcing, screening, and selection
• Experience in conducting interviews and implementing effective hiring strategies
• Knowledge of Employer Branding concepts and strategies to attract top talent
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with hiring managers and potential candidates
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools is beneficial
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in healthcare or clinical settings is a plus
