Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Design & Branding

• Design creative visuals for social media, digital campaigns, and app content.
• Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all channels.
• Translate marketing and business objectives into effective visual designs.

Social Media & Campaign Design

• Create static designs and light animations for social media platforms.
• Adapt designs for different formats and platforms while ensuring visual consistency.
• Collaborate with Video and Motion Designers to support campaign visuals.

AI & Creative Innovation

• Use AI tools to improve design workflow, creativity, and productivity.
• Stay up to date with design trends, branding best practices, and AI tools.
• Propose new creative ideas to enhance engagement and visual impact.

Collaboration & Coordination

• Work closely with the Digital Marketing Lead, content team, and video team.
• Ensure designs align with campaign timelines and marketing strategies.

Requirements

Requirements & Qualifications:

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Solid understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Good knowledge of digital and social media design requirements and formats.
• Familiarity with AI tools for graphic design and content creation is a plus.

Experience & Education

• 3–6 years of experience as a Graphic Designer (Senior-level experience is preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Applied Arts, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field.

Creative & Personal Skills

• Strong visual sense with creative and innovative thinking.
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Team player with good communication skills and a proactive, hands-on attitude.
