Job Description
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outdoor sales activities in assigned territories.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to maximize sales growth.
- Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase company offerings.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Gather market intelligence and competitor information to inform sales strategies.
- Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports, forecasts, and documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in trade shows, networking events, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
- Resolve client issues and provide after-sales support to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Continuously update knowledge of products, services, and industry trends.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of proven experience in outdoor or field sales roles.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel frequently within assigned territory.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Flexibility to work full-time, under limited supervision, and in an office-based arrangement.
