About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented professional reporting to the CEO, responsible for coordinating day-to-day operations, ensuring execution follow-up, and overseeing HR operational activities for a 20-person business unit within a larger corporate structure.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Assistant & Work Coordination
•Organize, track, and follow up on tasks and instructions from the CEO.
•Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
•Prepare clear daily and weekly follow-up summaries.
•Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and priorities.
•Act as a communication and coordination point between the CEO and internal teams.
•Ensure tasks, decisions, and action points are clearly documented.
HR Operations Coordination:
•Maintain accurate and organized employee records and files.
•Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
•Track attendance, leaves, and probation periods.
•Prepare HR notes and inputs for payroll processing (payroll handled by another party)
•Support recruitment activities, including CV screening and interview scheduling.
•Ensure implementation of approved HR policies and procedures.
Requirements:
•Experience in executive assistance, administration, or HR operations.
•Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
•Professional, discreet, and reliable.
•Good communication skills in Arabic and English.
•Able to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
